It's certainly more valuable than a similar percent progress would be at the start of development.

To illustrate, 2% to 2.05% would constitute hardly any work at all, whereas 99% to 99.05% represents a much greater amount of work, since that means that .05 of *remaining* progress is done, even if it is .0005 of *total* progress.

Got to be careful with those percents!

I think the first 95% is development, and the last 5% is beta/release candidate testing, which is a really unpredictable, so whoever updates the bar (Schik, I think?) will generally update conservatively just in case. So 95.05% is really the minimum progress, it might be even closer than that.

Not sure what you mean by 0.3%, but don't pay too much attention to the bar now that it's in beta. Since all the core development is done, all that's left is testing and bugfixes, which are really difficult to put into percentage form. As far as I know (which is nothing more than what is already public, combined with what I remember of previous bar progression), TSS is still on track for an April 1 release. Or at least I don't see why it wouldn't be.
