Today a new computer fell out of the sky onto the Rabbit's desk. This surprise made the Rabbit very happy because the operating system and software are all up-to-date.

Anyway, just a heads up... this is what the bar game looks like in IE9. (Not a big problem, because I can always use compatibility mode.)

Edit: Oh, for some reason it had compatibility mode on for me. I don't think I ever did that, I don't use IE generally. Turning it off breaks it like you showed for me as well.

Yes, that's the old logo, but it's still being used on this site. Try going to your profile, and change 'Skin' on the 'Modify' tab to 'DROD.net (original)'. I assume the 'Topic not found' page is just accidentally using that skin by default. :)

I can relate to what Trickster said here a little bit. I have a couple of projects at the moment that have the potential to be completed and promoted. One is close enough to completion that I highly doubt I would switch versions with it, but the other one (announced a bit accidentally) (c/w/sh)ould move to the next version of DROD, despite that the transition would be necessarily awkward in some ways. Admittedly, keeping it in 3.2 would make it available to a wider audience, but to some people it might just make it seem obsolete. The dilemma in general makes me hesitate to work on it.

However, this isn't by any means a major complaint in light of our expectations for the Next Big Project.

...And with that I suddenly remember that I had come to the conclusion that the Next Big Projects would be Frogs and Mice and DROD RPG 2. If I'm right about that, then the whole quandary is irrelevant to me.

Last I'd heard about RPG 2 was that work on it had stalled. Of course, maybe things have changed since then but I think it's doubtful. (If you wish, you can PM me for more details as to why I think it's doubtful.) Too bad, as I'd love to see an RPG sequel. Even so, I'm still looking forward to the Next Big Project.
