question, why did the "tar baby colors" change?

I'm de-goodifying this since there's no reason only people who solved the bar riddle should speculate on this.

I'll give a hint about the tar baby color thing - the fact that it's a tar baby, and not, say, another monster, that makes it appear is a red herring.

[goodies]Jacob,

accoding to Doom in the Bar thread, he assumes that they wil be called Citizen 3 and Gargoyle. I think F stands for Fighter.

I also wonder if we will have more default avatars... I ran out of characters and avatars with my hold, remember?[/goodies]

[goodies]Citizen 3, Gargoyle, and Fighter?

Hmmm... Let me tell you guys this - the fact that there's an uncensored line reading "citizen" should be a hint that characters that are just simple variations on existing character types will not be censored. So, I'd suggest you rethink Citizen 3.

I can't find the post by doom you refer to - could you point me to it? I'm kind of curious as to his reasoning.[/goodies]

[goodies]I pulled it temporarily out... I wouldn't have had to, though. I didn't realise that the old topic would've been a good place to discuss those things as well.

If you're curious about my reasoning, I didn't say the Citizen 3 as a very serious guess. Just pointed out that it "could" be someone playing tricks on us.

As for the gargoyle, my reasoning was that there's only one flying monster in DROD at the moment and I don't see it as an impossible thing to have something else in the future.[/goodies]

[goodies]I had a dream ages ago that F was for 'frostsnitch'. I have no idea what that is. I'm thinking it's like a Quidditch ball only, um, icy?

Maybe F is for First something. What was that picture in the Dreamplane? Although I expect the space isn't big enough.[/goodies]

\\sigh, you know we can't comment on that, but he's just saying that was a particularly bad guess.

And this is why it's best for those who really know what's going on to keep their mouths shut. :P

This response which is ambiguious enough to not warrant a goodies tag brought to you by the letter A for Annoying!

Game on,

[goodies]First Patron, I believe. Yes. I'd think this would be a very important government official, perhaps one of the few people the Emporer would deal with.[/goodies]

Before we start a flame war, I thought that the smiley did meant that I wasn't expecting an answer.

No worries :) It was meant sarcastically. :D

Sorry if it made you angry.

[goodies] I think I know what the tar baby colors mean. It's probably what colors we can choose the hair or something, of the character to be. So we can create purple guards, or pink goblins.[/goodies]

So, a non-bar-solved reading the thread tries to figure out what had happened. It seems that you have asked *them* for information regarding tar colours, and somehow this was connected to TCB, or something similar.

However, something *else* that changes colours and is pretty secret is... Erik. Therefore, I gather that you have dared fathom the riddle of Erik, a secret jealously guarded by the Caravel Swiss Guard. Your denial would then be taken as a "I was just kidding, please spare me" message. I must admit though that I've always known Erik is actually...

These were the musings of a non-priviledged user.

[goodies]I nearly snagged it myself, actually. If you checked the goodies, their id numbers were single-digit, and in the right order, gleefully told you what order they had to be in. I had 8 or 9 in the right order, too, before Schik fixed that little error. [/goodies]

I'm new here, can some one tell me what this riddle is...? It's kind of odd when every post has a '× This text will be revealed when you have solved the riddle of the bar.' on it...

All, I know is I was able to claim unique click #hojillion-ish from the bar on the main page.

*kicks back and prepares to read post*

Erik's even tried to warn me off of this. Sadly... I won't learn until something slaps me, it seems.

So, I'm not saying I'm not enjoying my clicking... but I'm thinking perhaps the testament needs to be altered so that on the seventh day God sat back and went, "Why don't I ever get any goodies from the bar?"
