As one of the developers I can confirm that the remaining 11% is allocated to the coding and implementation of the new tarstuff.

It is yellow. It is not 3D.
It's not cuttable at edges, internal corners or corners.
It's only cuttable at internal edges (by stalwarts and clones, since they are yellow).
It is resistant to bombs, briars and fegundos. Adders can only eat it at internal corners.
It is not included in the conditions to open black doors, but clearing it all opens the door of the corresponding colour (yellow).
At least one of these sentences may be false.

As whole, DROD series is really unique; but about tarstuff; I just hate clearing it. Like, you complete a room and are about to escape till you notice that there's uncuttable tarstuff (be it Tar or Gel) in your way. And black doors, oh gob, black doors.

But otherwise I'm pretty cool with it.

Well, looks like we have an entirely separate and new accumulator to work on, complete with new messages.

I presume this was somehow easier to do, since the old bar must be getting a bit full.

One problem... There are two sentences there for the line in the post that talks about Bombs, briars, fegundos and about Adders.

The Adders sentence would be false, but the Bomb/Briar/Fegundo sentence "could" be true.

I personally thought if there was a 4th type of blob, it would only be destroyable by non-player interaction of some sort. Maybe the favorite food stuff of goblins or roaches. Hmm... or Royal Roach Jelly, used to make Roach Queens out of normal roaches.

Some of you are now familiar enough with my severe allergy to goop that you'll be unsurprised I'm hoping it's that first sentence that is false. And that what makes it false is not that it will take the remaining 11% of the bar, but that there's actually going to be new goop. Pretty please, no more goop?

(This is notwithstanding the fact that Jacob is one of only 2 (or maybe 3?) creators of goop rooms/levels/holds that I have thoroughly enjoyed and am very glad I played.)

I'll take the credit for the -20 bomb. It wasn't that the joke was incredibly offensive, it was that it was grossly inappropriate for this forum. You've established a bit of a pattern of forgetting what's appropriate here and what's not. By all means, keep posting, but please try to remember your audience, and the rules in place here.

I think it's more of a what-the-long-timers-here (which grows to include basically everyone fairly quickly) feel that the atmosphere on the forum should be. Yes, we do want a light-hearted atmosphere. But one should also remember the possible ages of people on here, and the fact that we almost always seem to have a 'kid'.

Anyway, is the checkbox I get when I click both bars (it says "prevent this page from creating additional dialogues") something to do with Firefox, or the addons therein? Because otherwise it's quite unusual.

I will repeat my appeal again: can we continue the right topic, that is bars and criticizing meta-existence of tar, here, and not drift so heavily to other issues? I'd like to add a word or two about what Trickster wrote, but I fear that if more people do that, we can expect a multipage discussion not related to the bar.
So I ask: do not cram this thread with other stuff, you can express your support, comment or critique on Trickster either privately by PM, or by creating a new topic if you want to.

Well I just wanted to say that as far as I can remember I have never read anything that Trickster has written that I would consider harmful for anyone (no matter the age). I have however read stuff that some childrens parents might object to, depending on how sensetive they are.

But to not go off-topic, I wonder what the second bar is for? Might it have a part on the new Hint and Solutions search? Is it DROD RPG 2 - After Tendry or for the new tarstuff?

In this new project, Beethro's nose is rendered using 733 polygons! from the bar; holy Jebus!
