This is a small mod to go with the MetDROiD holds made by geomatrx.

Just place the attached Samus.png and Samus.tim files in your DROD bitmaps folder, and change graphics section of your drod.ini file to look something like this:

General=GeneralTiles
General=Samus
Style1=Style1
Style2=Style2
Style3=Style3

<- New version containing mimics and decoys attached.

Whoa, I'm first.

Well, very good graphics. Amazing. I wish I will ever learn to paint like that (But I'm not too bad gfx'er). Unfortunately I've already finished MetDROiD first and Prime, So I'will have to wait for new Masterpiece from Geomatrx.

I really like it.

Except...even if you could do that, you'd /still need the mod/, because otherwise you wouldn't have the Samus graphics.

9/10 on the idea pimping, though.

Well, true, but it could be bundled with the hold in future.

Pfft. Beethro was NOT in Echoes.

Also, in this graphical mod, Samus still can't shoot the creatures... I guess she ran out of juice so she just has to use her cyber-muscles to hit the bugs with her gun

That weapon is clearly the dark beam. Samus obviously ran out of ammo.

*Hopes that MP3 will not have the Echoes ammo system. It was more fun to use all beams freely in MP1.

Although, by the end, unless you are an idiot, you will not run out of ammo - most DW enemies can be killed by "annihilating" a light beacon/crystal anyway.

Oh, and I think that adding mimic and decoys to the mod would be nice. Try it out and grab an invisibility potion, then walk in range of a monster.

I've listened to coppro's suggestion and added mimic and decoy versions of Samus to the mod.
The new version is in the top post.

Bit of a bummer really, I found some sprites off the net, but I didn't realise how difficult it was to d the diagonal facing ones. Oh wel, I tried.
