Can you make it on time? Should we change the time/date? Am I not making sense? ;)

Remember that you might have a tablet, phone, smartphone or other device with the internet access. Visiting Caravel forums won't cost you much even if you have to pay per kb, so come visit!

Great idea. Won't that be 11:00pm in Central US? I guess that would be 9:00pm on the west coast and midnight on the east. I realize there's not one ideal time but surely there is one better than that for us 'Markins.

EDIT: New time. I can come here then.

I wonder if releasing the Flash version with a link to the forums might lure a higher than usual number of users to these parts? We'll see when it comes out. I assume it is going to mention the forums prominently too :)

Indeed, there is no ideal time. Mind that us, European people, will have to be up from around 4AM to later, depending on time zone (it is 6:00 AM for me but I can also appear one or two hours earlier).

I know it's hard to find a time that works for everyone, but couldn't we try to find one that isn't sleepy time for most people?
Assuming that people have internet access during the day on weekends, something like 10am-1pm US and 5pm-7pm Europe sounds much more appealing than 9pm-12am US and 4am-6am Europe.

Well there is a big chance that people will be able to sit in front of their computers early or late rather than midday. Then again most of us have internet in phones nowadays so we can move to the new time.

For CaravelNet users, I believe that if you leave the forum chat open, the forum keeps you in the active users list (i.e. you don't have to reload a page every 5 minutes or so). So if you really can't be at your computer next sunday, you can still fake your presence this way.

I'm pretty sure it stops counting you as active after 15 minutes. So that won't work.

Don't forget that if you can't be in front of the computer at that moment, you can log-in from your phone/tablet/smartphone.

If you can't be online but you have Caravel Net subscriptions, you can login into the web chat and leave it open.
