EDIT: for RPG version scroll down a bit to find the post with the drmf-file attached.

Unfortunately there are still few style mods available for Drod 3.0. Therefore last week I decided to pick up an old project idea and create a new style.
As you may notice, for this style I got some inspiration from hexagonal basalt columns, hence the name.
Replaced are walls, floors, pits, water, trapdoors, arrows, tunnels, stairs and some objects, together with all corresponding shadows.
See for yourself how you like it.

I'd be glad to hear some comments or suggestions. There's always room for improvement, so please tell if you think something just doesn't look right.

This style looks excellent, I especially love the style of secret/crumbly walls.
Good job!

Suggestions: some more obstacles, maybe a hexagonal pillar?

Great job! Your artistic skills are superb and the entire style is very cohesive and thematic.

My only complaint is that you've basically duplicated a lot of the rock, plant, and house obstacles between rocks 1 and 2 (for example). Two different rocks, plants, and houses would be really nice.

Once again, great job, a very nice style. I might have to use this custom style at some point :)

This week I had some time to work on this a bit more. Following Chaco's suggestion, I've updated the style with some new versions of the obstacles, so now they all come in two different versions. Enjoy!

Yes, I agree it didn't turn out optimal. For the water in the TCB style I used plain blue graphics, and the waves came actually from the pit graphics shimmering through. I liked the TCB looks better, but on this larger scale the water seems to lack a bit of detail.
