There's enough hints so you don't need to experiment with the LEDs, but you'll still need enough LEDs to beat the second bar's game...

Well, I plugged in my LEDs, but as someone who hasn't spent a whole lot of time on the forums in the last couple years, the hints aren't very helpful on their own. I guess I'm going to be off to practice my search-fu soon. But not just now; right now I'm hungry.
