Limited Resources (A mix of Unfortunate Architect and The Truthbringers)
In one of the areas of Dugandy there was a small king named Bandago
(aka. moneyoutofwindowthrower). One day, this king bought tons of building
materials and monsters and odds and ends. The king called for his architects
and told them to construct a huge impressive dungeon out of these materials.
One year later, the king was the plesant owner of a 720 room dungeon. After a
short inspection, he gave the architects group 1 million greckles (aka rank
points). Then the trouble began. The architects couldn't decide who gets how
many greckles so they asked the king. The king replied:
"
Because you are too greedy to devide the money fairly, only one of you will
receive the greckles! I know there are still enough materials left over for another
big dungeon. But I don't want another 720 room dungeon. Instead, each of
you will get a part of the materials and with them will build a personal dungeon
of at least six rooms. I will inspect your dungeons and the architect of the
best dungeon will get the greckles!"
Then he gave each architect the following things:
UNLIMITED floors, characters, walls,checkpoints, pits, yellow doors, green doors, stairs, blue doors, and level entrances

Contest Phases
The contest first begins with a Barter phase. In the Barter phase, you can use your greckles to
buy things, sell things to other players, or trade items with other
Players or with me! (1 greckle probably equals about 1.5 roaches)
Contact me and I'll give you some deals I would do. Or you PM me the
deal you want to do. I will also supply you with advanced monsters/devices or offer you special
suprise deals. There will also be public offers. If you do barter with other players, both
traders have to PM me.
The Barter phase lasts from the 11th of January to the 21th of January.
Hint: Use all your money. After the Barter phase you can't use it any more to buy things.
Both during and after the barter phase, you may work on building a hold that doesn't exceed the materials you have. The hold
must have at least 6 rooms but everything else lies in your hands. Send me your hold (Anyone Edit permission) via
E-Mail to daniel.blochinger@vr-web.de . You have time to build until the 26th of January, when the contest ends. Then I'll make them public in
a poll. The people will give every hold 1-10 points, based on its fun factor. The winner will recieve 100 rank points and something
from the
the Prize Pile. Second place will get 50 rank points, and third place will get 25 points.
