I disagree, it's either been at 85% for about 0.25%, cf : http://forum.caravelgames.com/viewtopic.php?TopicID=8185&page=44#116405

or it's been at 85% for 6 pages out of 51, or a little over 10%.

Mine always stall at 98%, tell me hours later that they've encountered an error and then proceed to remove what had been installed up until then...

I don't think that's fair. People have already made their bets for the bar contest, and I don't think we should change the rules while others have already guessed. Besides, bar clicking should help forumites with fewer rank points than I am...

Not necessarily 24 hours, no. When a goodie is awarded, the time at which the next goodie is awarded is decided (the next person to click on the bar after that time who does not have 10 goodies is awarded a goodie). There is a range of lengths of time in the future that this next goodie is awarded. I'm not exactly sure what that range is, but I remember seeing somewhere that it at least used to be around 3 hours. This means that the next goodie will be awarded 3 hours (+/-) after the current goodie.

Maybe, but that doesn't remove the possibility of a 24-hour limit per goodie per player. Ie, if goodies were given every 3 hours, you could only get every 8th one.

I'd guess that Timo006 hasn't had much competition with the goodies, and because of this, has gotten more accurate information.

That's true, but I am fairly certain I have gotten more than one in a 24-hour period. In fact, two of mine I got approximately 3 hours apart.
