Although it's not as common as Duggan, Dugan is actually a real name and I've always heard it the way you say it.

You don't have to record all parts of an entire conversation, you know. You can just record one character, individual lines or just audition how you feel comfortable. We're just trying to get an idea of what kinds of voices people are volunteering.

That said, I can understand perfectly if you want to bow out. Bowing out is an excellent way to not have the plot of the SmS spoiled for you before its release.

Yeah, he is so scary! I had a nightmare once where I was running for my life on a path between a pit and a rock wall and I kept seeing flashes of the thing and his voice kept saying "Bakgra du'stra Moth'ness ti" and it got faster and faster and the path got thinner and thinner until I fell in! Then I woke up, thank god!

It's just awesome that they made him that scary!

It's probably not too late. Due to some miscommunications on my side we haven't had the chance yet.

Some from me. I tried my best, my Polish accent can be easily heard I am afraid.

Though this can fit for casual people (like gossipers) or those who are not too smart (like guards). Please note that I am not trying to say that guards are stupid or those who have an accent are stupid or anything like that!

I am currently listening to the voices, and most of them are great!

We're going to start picking soon, after I've discussed this with Chaco.

But I do want to say that the quality for some of the recordings are difficult.

RabidChild, and Dischorran, is it possible for you to make a cleaner recording? I can't hear any voices because there was too much noise in your recording.

I'd also to hear like a somewhat louder voice of Casebier, I can't hear much even if I turned the volume to the max.

Attached update. Increased volume by 300%, I had my speakers set pretty loud when recording apparently. There is a problem with aspiration giving an unpleasant sound three times in the Gossiper recording, I am perfectly capable of recording stuff without such problems.

I just don't get it! Why does everyone think a Polish accent sounds stupid? I think a Polish accent makes people sound interesting and intricate. You should add a voice for the slayer!!!

I didn't say that accent sounds stupid, that's why I especially mentioned that in the small print.

But it is unfortunately true, that one's accent can correctly indicate one's education. If, for example, one is a native British yet speaks with a Slavic accent, then it doesn't really put that person in a good light.
I had some information about this on descriptive grammar classes.

I am not sure cockney is close to Polish, considering that Polish and English don't really share even one sound. I had a chance to hear some cockney during classes and... wow, that was something difficult to understand for me .

I could do the slayer when I get home at evening.

skell, thanks for the new recording, it sounds much clearer. Can't say anything else though, I haven't matched any roles to any of the auditions yet.

While we're on the topic of accents, here's a funny story... I've been teaching myself a Scottish accent and practicing every day for a long time now, and listening to recordings of Scottish accents, and I'm actually starting to pick up a Scottish accent! Really! And I don't even know anyone from Scotland. Weird enough for ya?

Oh, and I've gotten much better; I'd re-record the Scottish parts if I wasn't so lazy. I might get around to it sometime, but they'll probably have toe actors chosen by then.
