Right -- the unreleased 3.0.2.rev3 will be renamed to 3.1.0.buildWhatever. 3.0.2 will be "
the patch that never was"

We're going to 3.1 so that people more easily realize that holds exported in this version aren't compatible with 3.0. We should probably have the server end of things make that distinction too, but this isn't something I've talked with Matt about yet.
