I'm done playing the entries! (I played in 3.0 demo)

Chaco:
Difficulty: 7/10 Was really hard at first, but the puzzle was pretty good.
Correctness: 10/10 Great! All's right.
Look: 6/10 The level wasn't pretty decorated, but the lights made it ok.

Total: 23/30

vittro:
Difficulty: 6/10 The puzzle was good, but I took off some points because of the insane difficulty. I only could hit a checkpoint 4 times...
Correctness: 10/10 Right, everything's in.
Look: 8/10 The water and rocks add to it.

Total: 24/30

And SuperV wins! Post to get a 2 mod prize!

I think it's just so that Jeff (or the judges) know how many people are making rooms in advance. However, participation has always been a bit low with these contests.

I think they're a good idea, there's just not that much publicity for them.

Sorry for d-p, but I want the contestants to see the theme, so here goes:

-Involve a stalwart or more in the puzzle.
-Give the level a very dungeon-y feel.
-Use two types of tarstuff.
-Have a sworded NPC chase the player around the room, and make it invincible.
-Add story to the level.
-Add only one other type of monster.

You have 1 week. If everyone submits an entry, the winner will get 3 mod points!

Do you mean that the sworded NPC should be set to Invulnerable, or that the player should be unable to kill it by themselves?
