RCS-stamps and Arky rooms are not needed to get the good ending,
They’re just for bonus stuff
Secret rooms don’t need to be done in 1 save to master the hold, you can perfectly conquer TSS (good or bad ending) and later search and finish all secret rooms to master the hold and drop the Master Walls.
Make sure you do have a furthest save point, because for RCS stamps and Arky rooms, this must be done in the same save.
(most people use the checkpoint in “Lonely Campsite”)
In theory, you can (almost) completely ignore all “yellow” levels to finish the game.
When you visit the “Lost Central Station” for the first time, there will be clue’s which “yellow” level you need for the “harder questions” (which you need to finish the game)
The difference between good and bad ending, are only the “green” levels.
So if you have finished all the green levels, you will see the good ending.
(make sure you see the bad ending as well)
You’ll note that the RCS stamps are numbered, these numbers are only the amount of RSC stamps you need, to unlock the level

This is also the case for the harder questions, it doesn’t matter in what order you found them, it’s the amount of questions you found that matter.
