I've noticed many newbies who can't find their way around TCB. Here's a guide that will help them in what levels to go to, but it won't mention precisely how to get there.

This is my list, but just how you find it in the restore screen
The first number is the puzzle level
the second number is the level number
the number after the level name is how many rooms there are in that level
