I think it's reasonable to think at this point that, although DROD: TCB is not done, DROD 3.0 is done.

Volcano is vylycyn's style modification for JtRH.

Easiest to find them at http://ancient-empires.net/drod/jtrhdrodstyles.html
The site hasn't been updated in a while but it's still the most practical location for these with the screenshots and all.
http://forum.caravelgames.com/viewsitepage.php?id=92488 gets pretty close, but is missing a few existing styles (but includes Volcano, which isn't separately on 132nd Archivist. It was originally in the same topic as Sanctum).
