Alright, I'll be fair to the peoples who haven't solved it yet...

To solve it you and after all that you click the colon that leads to the torch page and download the 350 image (It's different when you've done all that), and inverse the colors.
Now click the bar three times.
Now you should have solved the riddle by now.
And now that you've solved it, I'd just like to ask you one thing:

After all, we wouldn't want people to figure out that if you And turn your head to the right, and use that code to add to the end of the url so that when you click the bar, you get the first goodie of the second set.

Well, I finally got all my 10 goodies for about a couple days now, but re-arranging them is the problem. Skimming through this long, large thread I've read some hints about solving the riddle but my slow mind hasn't detected a clue yet.

If it's too late, may I ask one generous person on the board for a hint? (via PM)

I'm not sure what you mean by 'rush them up', but you already have all the hints you need to find them. The red herrings themselves are very obvious that they are red herrings.

But that extra 1% is an additional quarter of a level to add to the TCBplane, you see! (Bad term for the Dreamplane in TCB, if there is one)
