I...I can't possibly be reading this right.
If you're not going to fix bugs...why are you asking for testers?
I definitely agree there; that single sentence sums it all up.

EDIT2: And i plan a hold with an mind-blowing 60 levels!
60 levels is twice the number of the deepest hold to date (Ben Chisel's Five-Sweet Speeking Grauns, with 30) and assuming you have even a modest 7 puzzle rooms average per level, that's 420 puzzle rooms in total, just 100 rooms less than the current hold with the largest surface area (Pitiful, with 520), and that's not even counting all the transit and filler rooms you may have.
Considering that JtRH has only been out for four months, that's a massive amount of construction to do in such a short time. Even building Bavato's Dungeon took nearly a year and a quarter, and it is probably only one-third the size of your proposal, so it looks as if your hold might be a bit too ambitious.
Basically, size isn't always everything, and while a 60 level hold might
look impressive, if that's the only thing that's memorable about it, then, well, it's probably not going to be very popular. My advice would be to consider which rooms of yours are the better ones, and perhaps condense them into a smaller hold. Quality is better than quantity, and I'm sure most people would prefer to play a short, well-built hold than slog through a long, boring and uninteresting one. Also, bugs are far more important to fix than building new levels; you'll have problems later sorting out the problems in your hold if you let them build up. You'll also make it hard for testers, since they cannot play the hold continuously, and a lack of response might generally put people off testing anyway, since it sort of looks as if you're ignoring any effort put into the testing in the first place.
I don't have large amounts of free time myself, but I may take a look at it if there is something that requires testing.
