Seltzer is so far from "normal" soda (or soft drinks, or pop, or however you want to call it) that...well...I don't make up analogies well but it really isn't comparable!

But to get us back on topic, a feature request. As a Southerner, I strongly object to the notable New York accent of our hero. The game option menu needs a check box to switch Beethro's accent.

We need a button that dispenses your choice of seltzer, soda, or nothing, a button that says, "Save the Goblins" that ships with the product, and a button-down shirt for Beethro.

Well, the biggest bottles of coke we normally buy are 0.5 litres, sit around in the fridge for weeks before being consumed in wine glasses.

I really can't drink more than 0.25 litres of that stuff at a time... how people can gulp down 2 litre bottles is a mystery to me...

(0.5+ litres of equal parts orange or apple juice and sparkling mineral water is a different matter, though... )

I noticed that when I went to Europe. Here in Canada, Pepsi is still 600 mL (= 0.6 L), but Coca Cola has gone to 20 fluid ounces (crazy Americans and their crazy non-Metric system), which is between 591 and 592 mL. In USA, I believe they are all 20 oz.

Actually, we get 12oz cans (355mL), 20oz botttles (591mL o_O), then they jump up to 1L and 2L (and sometimes 3L, in the case of Pepsi products)...

Beethro needs corporate sponsorship to be an issue in TCB. What sorts of carbonated drinks do you suppose he'll find behind the counter when he talks to 351st Grocer?

There should be McDonald in DROD. You know, when you kill this thousands of monsters the whole meat gets wasted, and if there'd be McDonald, you'll be able to always go and eat fresh McRoach, McGoblin, McEvilEye, McSerpent, McRattlesnake, McBrain, McSpider, etc...

I got this brilliant idea. Well, everyone knows that due to this thread Beethro will have a Ray Gun in TCB, I'm not complaining, but I have an idea for a better weapon for him for the games beyond. It will add so much puzzle potential to the game that it will literally make it into a whole new type of game! Trust me, this idea you'll love. How about Beethro having a sword?

Yes, we have 355 mL cans, and 1L and 2L bottles as well. But I've never seen a 3L bottle...

Beethro could weild a giant key instead of a sword, and be followed by Donald Duck and Goofy. Inbetween the levels there could be a pointless outer-space shoot 'em up, and Sephiroth could appear as a boss. Not the final boss, that's a giant dragon with eye-lasers.
