Here you go. You don't have to use them all, of course. You don't have to use any of them. But now you can if you want to!
I could also have a go at replacements for the blanked-out rooms in Levels 33 and 36 if you like, but I think maybe you want these levels to concentrate on their very specific puzzle type, and it wouldn't be a good idea to add a room that didn't fit with that?
Level 83 2S2W: One can put the mimic by the goal orb, skipping the entire puzzle. Presumably unintended!
×Level 98: Some good hard rooms here. It's not easy to get around the Slayers in Entrance, because of the narrow gaps between chambers, and there's no easy way to kill them. 1N is mostly about carving the tar and mud to create your own corner-kill spot, and then manipulating the final Slayer for mutual stabs to make the tar clearable. And 1W challenges the player to place the decoys correctly to serve as obstacles for the mimic movement.
The secret is an easier version of 1W, which is a bit of a weird choice.
Level 99 is pretty easy, because none of the rooms have the narrow bottlenecks of Level 98 Entrance, so it's usually fairly easy to get away from multiple Slayers or lead them out of the way.
Level 100 definitely feels like an epic finale: a nice selection of horde rooms with a different main element in each room, and some nice challenges.
L100 1N and 1N1E: Challenge: Don't drink the potion.
L100 1E is weirdly easy.
L100 1W seems to be an imitation of one of the most infamous rooms in JtRH, but fortunately much easier than its original
L100 1S1W: Very interesting because of the ability to enter it from multiple entrances, each of which gives the room a different feel. Some of the queens can slip off their arrows if you enter from south or north; I guess that's intentional? I haven't confirmed that the room is possible from all three entrances, but it almost certainly is.
L100 1S: Multiple entrances again, but since the north scroll is the closest to an edge, the easiest solution is to enter north and wait on the scroll until the snakes are down to one or two. (Then I created a tar baby and ran under the mud to create a dead end.)
L100 1S1E: This looked impossible at first, until I realised that the solution was to place the decoy to make a little bottleneck in one of the entrances where the goblins would block each other and walk onto my sword until I was down to the last one.
L100 2S1E: "
unforeseen"
mispelled in the dialogue
Dreamlands 2W needs Slayer entrance tiles on both sides.
Dreamlands 1S1W maybe doesn't need the challenges, since this just repeats challenges from Level 4.
I skipped Dreamlands 1N1W for now, so I still have a small number of rooms and challenges to go back to, but hey, I reached the end of the hold and that's something!
