Granted. There's a sane, logical, and perfectly safe method of creating antigravity, but it doesn't work in this universe.

I wish I felt no compulsion to sleep, and that this wouldn't drive me insane or otherwise reduce my mental capacity in any way.

Granted, suddenly a huge croud of people appear around you and repeat over and over again, "I wish I had a nickel." Each time you hear them say that, some nickels appear above your head and drop onto you. You try to escape the crowd, but they push you back and continue to say the words. Hopefully someone can save you before you bury in your new wealth.
