Basics of brained rock giant movement: (1) Like all brained monsters, it follows the quickest path to you, but certain objects,
including force arrows, are treated as obstacles it cannot cross. (2) Although the monster is 2x2, only one square is actually doing its pathfinding. To see what I mean, from the checkpoint in this room, move 3xN, W, 3xS. The giant gets stuck because its pathfinding square can see a way to you, and it tells the giant to go in a way that it cannot move.
Therefore, you need to cut off all
1x1 routes towards you except the one you want the giant to take. The key trapdoors to remove are
