Who did which levels in GatEB (+4)

As per the precedent in TCB, I thought I'd write a brief post saying who did which levels for GatEB so you can direct your praise/frustrations appropriately and see if you guessed right. It might also be useful for people who like to see lists of levels in particular orders, or whatever.

Obviously, the development process was a bit more complex than this list makes out, since, for example, Mike made a lot of changes throughout the hold and TFMurphy wrote some scripting for several of the rooms, and often where I've added my name onto a level it's just because I added a secret room or something, but this is roughly a list of who did what.

I've broken it in two, for convenience.

I'm just posting in this thread to congratulate Doom on making some rooms that aren't brain-melting. ~~Abyssian Fortress made me despair, and~~ the wraithwing level of Beethro's Teacher made me give up hope, but I guess anyone can be redeemed.

I thought Onei made most of the rooms in Abyssian Fortress.

Okay, "most of them" might mean that Doom made the rest of the rooms, but AF has made me lose pretty much all respect for Onei.

The Roach Pits and Slithia's Nest were pretty easy to call, with their distinctive aesthetic style and puzzle type. I can't remember if I called anything else.
