I also did it the brained way - I couldn't really figure out how the scripting widget worked.

Mine is basically a multidirectional version of Oneiromancer's stabby widget in Beethro Goes Fourth.

The way my scripting widget worked was you had to get the character at the top to move exactly 17 spaces AND have the four characters with the two orbs all at the bottom. Sure, I could tell you how to do it, but that would spoil the fun...

Yeah, I know that much - you told me that in the scrolls. I just didn't really understand how to even get all four characters down, since the doors kept shutting on the ones I needed to move. More of an interface issue than a scripting issue.

There is nothing wrong with the interface. I was able to input the correct sequence after I set up the scripting for it. Maybe you are just going about it the wrong way.

Somewhat of a hint, but not really: Technically there are two ways to solve it, though both ways start the same.

Wondering when we might expect a judging on the final round.....

It seems like it is taking forever, but if you judges need more time, I can wait. I will let Chaco at least have his say on what he thinks. Wouldn't want to be unfair and force his hold to have a low score because it couldn't be completed.

On another note: Looking at your hold, Chaco, it is pretty tough. I keep on getting swamped by monsters and it seems like I can get nowhere. Any hints on the best monster handling strategy?

The way I solve my room is to make a wall of golems along the west wall, which redirects some of the monsters. After that, you can attack one of the queens and force your way into a mud corner just in the nick of time. After that, it's just a whole lot of clean-up.

I have to admit it is pretty tricky though. It's just a bit harder to make a puzzle with this theme, and I remember that Jeff didn't really like it the last time I tried making a puzzle.

Alright, i'll judge from what i was able to do before i left it...

Chaco:
D: 7/10 (Good difficulty, but too hard for me)
C: 9/10 (Everything is here, but the 2.0.15 bug occured here... so i will only remove 1 point instead of 3.)
L: 8/10 (Not bad)

Total: 24/30

jamesdenem:
D: 8/10 (I was able to solve the level, and it was very good.)
C: 10/10 (Everything is there.)
L: 5/10 (Not much anything good to look at, even in the map. >_>)

Total: 23/30

What 2.0.15 bug? If there's a bug that means you can't complete the level, I'd like to hear about it.

And yes, it's obviously very easy to kill the Slayer, if that's what you meant.

That's not a bug, that's a feature. I'm not really sure 2.0.15 is really being worked on though since 3.0 is nearing completion.

Anyway, yeah, here is the final compilation. I hope you don't mind that I made room for more than one round, since I was actually hoping I could do another round of Jeff Ray Says.
