[goodies]I figured out how to do this a while ago... if you put a GeneralTiles.tim in you Bitmaps folder without a spritesheet, it overrides the normal .tim. In fact, I have a WIP backwards version of the DROD tiles that works purely off that fact.[/goodies]

EDIT: And Gossiper comes after Goblin alphabetically. From the looks of it, many of the portraits won't be accessible to us, inserted directly into TCB via the new system.[/goodies]

[goodies]I thought you could just roll-your-own appearance in TCB, with a custom portrait and custom, uh, character tiles?

If so, a lot of the TCB-related NPCs could be such custom characters - that would explain their absence...[/goodies]
