Having found both the 75 image and one of the red herrings, I'd also enjoy knowing where the second one is.

I just got annoyed by the abuse of the tags, so I break the tags if there is no way in hell that a post contains spoilers relating to the bar.

I would honestly say that Halph's possible future lies in the similar direction of the Neather, but with more direction or puppet strings if you like the Mafiaso approach. The Neather didn't seem to be part of the initial architural design. He happened to be in the hold and had a floor built for him afterwards it seems. With Halph it very much seems his designs that the Empire intends could be far far darker. Oooo... CLIFFHANGER. Slyvester Stallone. The best hint I saw for the 75% image (also the one that let me solve it) was here.

That was a good hint shown by jemann...

I did get it eventually but I thought it was a dead end. I should of tried harder in the first place. *hint*

coppro, I think what you're talking about is not the 75% picture. I still don't know exactly what that color grid is all about, but the 75% thing is a bit harder to find.
