Just checked this out.

Level 1 was pretty basic roach slaying, but that just made 7N (the briar vault) shine more. I like how careful you need to be with the roach, and it's a neat DROD 3.0 puzzle.

Level 2 has a nice variation of puzzles, and most of them need a save point or two at certain locations.

Overall, well-designed, easy puzzles that require some forethought and after that, just good ol' determination. The rooms look good too!

I'm looking forward to your story... like what that henchman is up to. :glasses

Level 2: Thrice North Once West

If you want a character to die you can use the Imperative: Die command instead of an appearing character with a sword. Much more natural that way :)

Also, Level 2 Once North and Twice North are required rooms, so you might want to mark those as unrequired.

Overall, a nice start. Not very challenging, but pretty fun. I agree that some puzzles need more checkpoints.

I would be willing to make the portable orb image that you want if you specify some more detail. For instance, what size do you want your image (I'm guessing 22 pixels square?) and would you like a transparent background or an opaque, colored one?

Since you didn't specify a size, I made the image 22x22.

Attached is an image with a small orb in the center, with a transparent background. Is this what you'd like? :)

If so, and you do end up using this picture, please mention somewhere in the hold (the beginning, the end, or in some sort of "credits" room) that I created this image.

Level 1 - Once East is a required room, thus making the blue door impossible to drop. Please either remove the room or make it unrequired in order to continue.
