It's sad that I INSTANTLY thought of a way to make this work when I saw a post demanding Wraithwing Guano.
Wraithwing Guano does one thing and one thing only: It's slippery. When a creature (including Beethro) steps on it, their next move is in the direction they stepped onto it from, automatically (i.e. sliding - the monsters and Beethro are stable enough to keep balance). If you swing your sword instead, you perform both moves, but only creatures in the LAST tile your sword would land on die.
Annoying, bad news? Yes, but here's some good news for it. Wraithwing guano stinks. Bad. Enough that if the Wisp crosses it, the stench will force the Slayer to cut the Wisp off and start a new one. The wisp automatically avoids Wraithwing guano
unless it's on top of BEethro, though.
