×Using Chaco's advice of "move the roaches south east", I am able to get the bottom 3 pressure plates hit, however, the top one eludes me, as I can't hit that with a roach since it moves downwards. Straightening the path results in the problem of the second plate from the top being missed instead, and trying to straighten THAT leads to the same problem you encounter when you try to make all the roaches move east. I CAN kill all the roaches--baiting the bottom one to move southeast so I can slice it--but as the top pressure plate didn't get hit, there's no leaving the pocket.
If I was able to move the Briar Layer over pre-existing briar, this wouldn't be a problem--however, to my knowledge, it can't rest on any briar except for the briar it lays exactly, exactly when it first spawns it. So I know that's not the trick, but what is it?
