I have some great news to share this month, including a new Smitemasters Selection (SmS), results for the Seventh Annual People's Choice Awards, and many new DROD holds released since last October.
The Spring 2011 Smitemaster's Selection: The Truthlock Method
In this Smitemaster's Selection, Beethro finally returned to the City after his many adventures. With the mysterious Grand Event approaching fast, Beethro is still looking for the Truth. And, at last he uncovers an air-tight method by which to find it. He will encounter some familiar faces from his earlier adventures, and meet new ones. The hold is designed by Chaco, one of the best architects out there, while the story is designed by our Erik Hermansen (no introduction necessary).

DROD: The Second Sky! There will be actual honest-to-goodness canonical plot, written by Erik, and you don't want to miss it.
We've updated the Caravel Games site with an entry for this SmS issue and pre-order information. If you'd like this SmS on limited-edition CD, please pre-order from the Caravel Games home page. This will help us measure the number of CDs needed for the one-time print run.

Spring Smitemasters' Selection Sonorous Serenade!
Greetings, Caravel Forum members and Illumination subscribers! Chaco has an important announcement to make: Caravel Games is getting really close to finishing my latest hold, in the form of a new Smitemasters' Selection for DROD: TCB. The stage is set and the script is written, and now all we need are some actors to play our parts and make this a performance.
We've got a nice selection of characters for Beethro to run into, so we're hoping we can see an equally varied selection of volunteers. Being a Caravel voice actor is easy as far as acting jobs go, so there's no need to worry. If you want to try out, go for it! Anyone who contributes to this SmS will have their name placed in the credits and will receive a free copy of the SmS on CD when it is printed.
