1N1W needs more checkpoints, as it's a long room with three seperate parts and it's easy to make mistakes in the last part.
So far it seems like you have some nice puzzles here, but I'm not entirely sure how you plan on continuing a story that seems to have been conclusively concluded in King Pilchard VIII's Dungeon 3. Perhaps the story of King Pilchard VIII has been finished and some loose plot threads from the previous holds (such as the monster arena or Pilchard IX's anger) can be picked up and used for something useful.
