I'll buy it when I'm allowed to. I'm already rather hesitant at getting CaravelNet, since spending $32 on a game is, well, not going to look like great money management.

Are you kidding? What could you possibly buy which would come at a lower prize regarding the time you spend using it? By time the prize per hour will probably drop below ten cents

Buying cars are bad money management, as is going to movies or buing any kind of candy. DROD isn´t (unless you include the time spent playing the game as a cost. Then it's... really, really expensive)

I kind of made a decision that I want to finish JtRH and KDD first, but I'll probably end up buying it ASAP because of everyone talking about it...

My option is a bit different, but it's basically "Buy when it's buyable."

I would play the demo, enjoy the first 3 levels and see what's new, toy around with new things. THEN, when I feel that I must begin another quest for knowledge, (I.E. Learn about the new elements) I break out $20 when applicable, and buy away!

By the time I'll have enough money DROD:TCB won't be sold anymore. I'll need to buy my flat('negative' money for 10 or so years... yeah !), some computer parts, Dominions3, ET:QW. Nwn2 most probably won't have linux version because they downgraded rendering engine from opengl to directx.
