It's a scale model, not the real size, Brad. In real life the Deadly Bar of Death is about as tall and long as a school bus.

Don't hide random parts of your sentence behind goodie tags like that, it's pretty irritating. Either use the tags for the entire sentence, or keep it all out.

I think I've found the 75% picture by sheer randomness. I was browsing threads at random and managed to forget about searching the 75% thingie, so of course the picture was bound to be in the first thread I saw.

Well, I ought to thank my luck, as I wasn't going to come up with the *intended* way to find the picture (I did get the two herrings, though).

Now to find the actual thread I was looking for...

I wouldn't worry about how the picture is stored exactly. What you need to figure out is how to access it, which seems to imply doing stuff with the 75 figure. Red herrings will stare you right in the face, but at least those should point you in the right direction. Some more specific hints have been given a few posts ago in this thread, I think.

I would suggest trying your luck if you can't make heads or tails of the intended way. You could stumble onto it through sheer luck, and the odds are much higher than pure happenstance. Of course, luck is pretty much random, and it seems unlikely that you would exactly follow the same thought pattern I did. Still, who knows? Lady Luck might shine on you too.

I did it! [goodies] It helped that my first four goodies were NOTE and TONE. But now it looks as though the tar colors and 75% picture are going to occupy my thoughts instead. Are they related, or two separate things? I've read about half of that other monstrous thread, and I'm not sure what these 'red herrings' are. [/goodies]

for the record, the 75% picture and the riddle of the bar are two completely separate things, excluding the obvious things (like the fact that they are both to do with DROD etc...)
