I think you might want to re-think your strategy; there's easier less constrained ways to accomplish what you want.
With regards to the southeast queens, I did end up

×using guards to detonate kegs over there - that means you only need 3 kegs and it's safe to blow up the keg keeping the 2 north guards in. Thankfully there isn't really much happening down in the SE corner and the oremites and regular floor are situated such that manipulating the guards to blow up the kegs isn't too tough. Speed potion certainly helps quite a bit too.
With regards to the goblin that wants to step on (29, 2) I dealt with him by

×going down to the central tarstuff blob as you suggested, letting him stay on the force arrow at (30, 4). Later on I just killed him without even letting him move and had a clone hit the plate at (30, 1). That way the plate at (29, 2) never got hit at any point during the solution.
Hopefully this helps with some sticking points without giving away the solution entirely; let me know if you want me to post my demo for the final victory pass.
(I should also note for future thread visitors that I have recorded demos for all 8 of the passes beforehand as well.)
