I'd like to thank disoriented for testing my entries.
In the following secret are my comments hastily scribbled together while in a car, plus some creator commentary for my entries. I had it in my head even though I should've known better that I'd be able to vote tonight (like, right now) because it was supposed to be until may 28, forgetting the "
poll time drain bug"
the forum has, so I wound up not voting.

×Water Everywhere:
Way too hard, many rooms bordering on totally incomprehensible. The one room I could solve was ok. 6/10
ALL CAPS, NO EXIT STAIRS:
Kinda easy, nothing too amazing. At least the rooms are solvable. Pretty sure 1E can be beaten without moving. If whoever builds this does another architecture contest entry please remember to include mid-level exit stairs, those are useful for players keeping their progress while perusing entries. 7/10
Spooky Woods:
Pretty sure 1E is actually impossible. Mostly incomperehensible rooms, but 1N was pretty neat. 7/10
The Gardens With No Mid-level Exit Stairs:
Hey, I could actually solve a few of these so I can say something about this one! 1W was sort of tedious, I liked the clever trick to 1N1E, 1N1W was fun. 1S looks like a nightmare so I avoided it, and 1E is the only truly incomprehensible room of this level for me. Overall I think I liked this one. If whoever built this does another architecture contest entry please remember to include mid-level exit stairs, those are useful for players keeping their progress while perusing entries. 9/10.
Unlikely Friends:
My favorite among those I didn't build. Now, some of these rooms I still found impossible, and if you're serious about that metapuzzle asking me to remember what order I cleared the rooms in then I am sincerely disappointed in you, but I liked playing around with a stick and slayer to get stuff done. I honestly enjoyed figuring out how to make a slayer double-push with me in 1N1W, as well as the slight lampshade over the fact that he was really fighting me the whole way. 10/10
Old Quarry:
Pretty good, if a bit small. I can't figure out what 1N wants from me, and 1W feels a bit like "obligatory slayer room, here you go" to me (plus if a player doesn't know about slayer door-opening behavior they will have NO idea what it's about), but I liked the other two rooms quite a bit. 8/10
Snow Slur/Delay Tactics/Conundrm: Mine, obligatory 10/10
People (or maybe one person) seem upset for some reason that I did this with contest entries. But my philosophy for contests has always been "just make a good hold/level/room under the given constraints, without regard for it 'being a contest' whatever," and I stuck to it here. I had a crazy idea and I worked with it, and contrary to at least one person's supposition, NONE of it felt forced to the architect. I had a general idea of what the rooms should be like in the ones I made 2nd and 3rd, and in every instance I felt that I had used the combination of element restraints and my own self-imposed requirement of a "static level design" to create something neat. In some cases I knew I had made a silly kind of room (like Stalwart Pushing, Clone Sliding, or Beacon Toggling) but I still felt that I had a good room by the end of it. I'm particularly proud of the NE corner of Slur Prize, 2N in Crowding Conundrum, and basically all three versions of 1E (well, 2E in the case of Crowding Conundrum since that's corrected to require the intended number of Beethros).
It's interesting to see people's guesses as to which one I did first. If you really want to know, it was Delay Tactics that came first, and its structure determined constraints for the other two. I don't know how to describe those extra constraints exactly since none of "precise room shape", "puzzle type", or "theming" really remained the same for any particular room; there was just something conceptual along with a general room shape that I wanted to stay the same.
And Chaco, your comments suggest I really need a demo pack to patch some leaks in probably all three entries. I can't believe you broke Snow Slurprize 1E after I already fixed it like THREE TIMES.
