In this room, if you enter from the north side you are basically stuck in the room with no way to leave except for taking the stairs that end the hold. None of the passageways actually connect to other rooms. I'm assuming this room was intended to only be entered from the east, triggering the dialog that you can watch, but it is also possible to enter the room from the north using the moving platforms from 1S 1E, and then you can't get back because the platform isn't there for you to step back onto if you were to try to reverse direction.

Note that because it's a hold issue, you need to do a full install. You should be able to just run the installer over the existing copy, but it'd be smart to export your player file and back up your dats, just in case.

I'm holding off on patching it for now anyway, unless I run into an issue that actually impedes me in some way. The bug I was (Re) reporting in this thread wasn't anything that was hindering me. I figure that there will probably be multiple patches in the near future, and I'll just update all at once after it settles down.
