Ok. :fun I am glad to see the new spreadsheet. Are my corrections in it? I couldn't tell. :blush I don't think so but I wanted to ask.

Arrow Slits add 15 attack to each town. Now I am still confused but it is getting better. An occupied town has 20 defense right. Now is that 20 times each unit not counting the thinker, for a max of 20*25=500? Now is the additional 15 attack from Arrow Slits 500+15 for 515? Or, is it 15*units in each town, for a max of 25 * 15 = 375 + 500= 875?

So the questions is-- Is it 15*units in each town, not counting the thinker?

Another question can you do make-more-moola more than once?

Well Techant and I have been happily killing each other in the past few days, but could anyone tell me the current situation? I'm not good with the mechanizm of attacking occupied citys, I'v been relying on the spredsheats till now.
Also I have a question about moving squads between citys. First, can we do that? And if so can we still attack with that squad, or it takes a day to relocate?

Creation of a battle squadron: you will negotiate a thinker and assign it to a town. You then can add new monsters to this group. (No reshuffling or anything)
From the rules page this seems to say no to moving them, at least that is the way I read it.

I am just as dependent as you on those spreadsheet. :blush This game had a steeper learning curve than the dual boot system I am installing right now. :lol So, I stopped trying to figure those attack out.

It has come to my attention that The Spitemaster has vanished, and the game has come to a standstill. After some deliberation I've decided to replace The Spitemaster with Techant for the time being. I'd say treat her with courtesy and such things but I'm sure you'd do that anyway.

To be perfectly honest, it's been too difficult for me to keep track of my income and budget due to the varying levels of upkeep I have to pay my units based upon what they're doing. Basically, in order for me to figure out the current money available to me, I'd have to start from about day 6 (the last day I managed to keep track of) and iterate through my orders every single day until I get up to present (day 14). This was one of the reasons I asked Spitemaster to figure out my finances for me a while back.

In addition, I don't think any cities have been destroyed yet. Given that it only takes two or three days to activate a new city (Slayers only take two days to negotiate) I don't think much progress will be made on this front until someone researches Catapults (which takes up to 5 days if you're paying enough money to have four researchers, and even longer otherwise).

I'm siding with Tim. I just don't think this game is going to work anymore. Spitemaster had a nice idea and ran the game well while he was available, but I doubt our ability to continue forward until the end of the game or a deadline. (No offense towards techant.)

It seems that we had access to internet in Egypt (there was none in Croatia last year, hence the assumption) therefore I was tracking the forum these days.

I have to agree with Chaco. The structure of this game is a bit complex for a human to update on a daily basis. In the current state the game is a mess - the spreadsheet dates to day 11 with questionable validity, so unless someone is willing to re-run all the orders from day 1, it should be stopped. It's a good idea overall - we could have round 2 of this, but only if rules are simplified to improve maintainability (I can help with this).

And I second Tim's idea for cleanup.
