This my third hold. It has the first five levels in all their not-very-glorious glory. Critizise, comment and if you download, please comment. Or your wasting your time. And my time posting this.

In my opinion, the point of the southern section of Level 1: Once South could be made with far fewer roaches - at the moment it's quite tedious to step on the pressure plate, kill five or six roaches, then do it again and again and again.

More comments as I continue playing. I like the tone the hold sets, and I hope the story continues to fascinate. :)

I agree with Chaco. Just once with a lot more roaches is a lot better. In addition, the secret room in Level 0 was pretty fun, as well as the first room of the Secret System.

Okay, mastered the hold (although the Secret System tunnel system isn't going to work until the bug is fixed)

Overall, I'm not sure I agree with your policy of "re-use rooms to annoy the player".

Wings of War: Thrice South Once West and Thrice South Once East are exactly the same room, only with the minor difference of exits available, which could affect highscores.

A lot of your rooms are "it's the same room, but with roach queens" or "it's the same room, but with spiders".

Overall, the main hold didn't entertain me very much, however the idea of the Secret System appealed to me.

I'm thinking perhaps putting a bit more puzzle in, or possibly some new strategical thinking might improve the hold. I'm fine with this hold being very easy, but I don't want an easy, annoying hold.

I recomend doing a near complete overhaul. The only execption to this is the Secret System. It's nice having an entire level dedicated to secrets. Just look at MetDROiD Echoes.

Chaco, could you explain the problem with the Secret System in more detail. I can't find whats wrong.

Now to replace some rooms.
