I'm having some serious trouble with this room and I need a lot of help.

Well, first, you're going to have to kill the rattlesnakes. The only way you can do that is to go in by the arrow near the trapdoor, and be able to get at the snakes.

So, avoid trapping the rattlesnakes and get them into those inner loops there.
