That's good information, Coppro. Yeah, the webserver is configured such that it requires a domain name to know which website to serve.
For the persistent and technically minded, you can edit a local hosts file (lmhosts on most Windows machines) to set up caravelgames.com to point to the above IP address and it will get you through name server downage.
But honestly, we shouldn't have to put up with this. I'm going to ditch Domainsite pretty quick. Anybody have some real experience running a website with a nameserver that stayed up at least 355 days of the year? I've heard good things about godaddy and joker.
