Okay, here is the new puzzle. I have made a sentence out of the following:

THE CITY BENEATH

It is not a true statement, at least I don't think it's true, and can be condsidered a funny statement. (okay it's more like I can only hope everyone thinks it's funny)
I did change the rules a little for this puzzle only!
1) I will award 5 points to the first person to guess the entire sentence.
2) Since it will be extremely tough to guess with only one try, you can have multiple guesses. I will let everyone know when they have guessed a correct word. Be careful what you guess, you might be helping someone else get the full sentence and the 5 points.

Thanks to Lst6 for helping me with this, I ran it past him first to make sure it made sense and would work.
Any questions before we start? I will start taking guesses at 6:00 PM EST.


Edit: It's about 10:15 PM EST. I'm going to bed and will be checking back in the morning. If anyone thinks I've made this too difficult, let me know.

Just if anyone knows a phrase where each word starts with the letters given, then post, the letters must be in order so the phrase structure is:
T.. H.. E.. C.. I.. T.. Y.. B.. E.. N.. E.. A.. T.. H..
And a little hint, DROD related.
Edit: the other hints are:
- Phrase related (so related to The city beneath)
- One H word is Hold's (but which?)

Thanks to Lst6 for answering this for me. I didn't use the same format as before, so it wouldn't take up too much room. Each letter represents the first letter in a word and all the words in this order will form a sentence. An example would be the following:
THAT could be the sentence: These Holds Are Tough
