Not really, as it's the fault of the poster for giving you enough clues on the screen to Google for it. I have done that in the past, and I have also refrained from doing it, depending on my mood.

Yes! More specifically, Ultimate Wizard, a superset of Wizard. Too bad the answer had to be googled...because it means no one has played this great game. Read any review on this game and you'll hear it's like Jumpman perfected. And it has a level editor. I made a hundred new levels for this game when I was twelve.

The sad thing was that I could tell from the screenshots that the guy was an electrician, so I tried to google search for video games about electricians, and I STILL couldn't find it.
