If the hold is uploaded, you will only have to replay rooms that have become incompatible since the last version. Assuming there are no such rooms, just pick "restore" from the menu and restore from the last room you were in.

I'm pretty sure this hold has already been updated. It's definitely solveable, at least. This room isn't exactly intuitive in the scripting so you should just keep trying.

As the health bar indicates, you need to hit Ridley four times before he dies. However, he's invulnerable most of the time.

What phase do you keep dying on?
