This looks intimidating, but it's possible if you just throw yourself at the room and try something.
First of all, I'll mention that although the time limit is tight, it does have about thirty moves of slack in it. So much so that I was able to give the time clone just one job and have him disappear early. The mimic is really only good at protecting one unarmed character, so only having the main player character and the mimic running around makes things a little bit easier.
Second, I'll mention that your time limit is to hit the four orbs, not to kill all the roach queens, meaning that you can actually leave a couple of the roach queens alone until all four orbs are hit, and come back to them later.
Alright, so those are some general tips. Here's specifically what I did to solve the room:

First, since you don't start on a power token, you're free to hit any accessor orb you want at the start. I started with the southwest one.
Second, I had my time clone press the power token pressure plate, then run to the east side of the room. Since he lit the fuse, he can go through the black door, hit the orb in the east chamber, then hit the accessor orb before any roaches spawn. Then he can disappear so you don't have to worry about them.
Third, since the time clone hits the accessor orb for you, you can send your main player character and the mimic into the south chamber, hit the orb and kill the roach queen just after the first spawn. Now you basically only need to worry about the northwest and southwest queens' roaches if you're in the main area.
Finally, I got to the northwest, then the southwest chambers and hit their respective orbs. Then it's just a matter of cleanup.
So, the above strategy gives you plenty of time, but the maneuvering is still a little tricky. Still, the roaches only come one at a time so it's not too bad.
Let me know if you want a demo.
