Well, fist post and it's not even a puzzle trouble.

I managed to get myself into position as shown on the attached screenshot. Is there any way to restore the game from a different save point without losing my current progress? I'm not very eager to solve the Big Stick level all over again right after solving it for the first time -_-

Should be fine. Just leave via the exit stairs (past the blue door) in the Stick level.

How did you manage to get past a closed green door in the first place though??!?

That's what I've been wondering as well.
I returned here after beating the level and the whole cutscene with the ArKy guy restarted together with the Queen back in place.

As for the exit, as usual, found it right after posting. Missed for the first time as I was running around in panic :fear

Back to the hub after The Gentryii Grounds. How do I get to Ephelna. I cant find it.At any rate where do I go from here.It says that Ephelna is close

You need to get past Arky a second time to get to Ephelna.

Stuck with a Really Big Stick is required for progression, yes.
