The basic idea here is that you can re-use some mirrors by dragging them westwards, since you only need to get to the western hole and can then kill the eyes (and don't need to backtrack until they're all dead).

I did this by using one mirror to block the southern eyes, and five to block the northern eyes. With proper technique, you actually have more mirrors than you need.
