Unable to post on forums (+1)

I received the following PM. Not sure why it was addressed to me though.

"I am getting desperate. I cannot post on any forum. The 'send reply' button is always greyed out. I have tried on 3 different computers so i dont think it is me. I have tried emailling you with this problem but have had no reply. Can you please help me?

Could one of the forum administrators please look into this. I assume it's genuine and marg doesn't seem to have been blocked.

There also seem to be issues with posting larger files on the forum - Syntax couldn't attach a file, and I'm having troubles with a 3Mb file on a private board. [fixed by schik]
