I was thinking more... you trick as many people as possible into using your not-actually-random-at-all passwords, so you can hack into their accounts easier and steal their stuff.

I'm not saying he's definitely not a spammer, but if he's a spammer he's a pretty poor one. I can't even understand what he's trying to say.
