When I click on the bar, it still gives me things about TCB being written... Maybe I'm just nitpicking, but the bar's supposed to be for a patch and not TCB.

The bar was only reset and is now counting up again to let us know the progress of the 3.1 patch. The messages, number of clicks, etcetera are all the same as they were when the bar was counting up for TCB, just because no one has changed it.

Since the bar no longer gives out goodies, perhaps at the appropriate moment when it used to give out goodies, it could instead drop a suggestion box where the lucky person could submit a message to be used in the bar.

Then again, Schik is working pretty hard on the CaravelNet end of things, what with in-game submission of styles to the CaravelNet server, so he's probably too busy to actually work on bars.
