Taking advantage of this "intermission" . . . to my wife, grilling and charring are exactly the same thing. A hamburger cooked to my standards is instead deemed to be something that can spontaneously reassemble, moo, and begin eating grass in the back yard.

Unless I get an influx of mod points, the solver of this one gets +2 . . . my generosity is limited by my point funds.

One word correct . . . it should be straightforward to guess which one.

Oh, and I should admit to a small complexity - to the extent there are English rules of anagramming, they provide for the complete omission of indefinite articles and simple prepositions. Thus, please be advised there is the word "of" in the final phrase somewhere.
